Packages are generally mailed within 1 business day (excludes weekends & holidays) after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS ground or UPS Ground with tracking and drop-off without signature. This fee is charged with each order and is assessed to help offset the cost of the extra packing requirements by all carriers.

If you reside in Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii only USPS ground is available for shipping, which takes approximately 2 weeks or more.

Shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as transport fees.

We advise you to group your items into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and if you place more than one order, shipping fees will apply to each separately. Your order(s) will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

USPS does not guarantee real time tracking. Many times, we see shipments where the tracking information does not update until the package has reached its destination city or is actually delivered. There also may be an occasional delay caused by weather; we will make every effort to notify you about those delays. 

We have no control over the package once the item is received by the Post Office or UPS. If a package is delayed in transit an escalation cannot be placed on that package for at least 3 business days. A replacement package/refund will not be offered until 7 business days have passed.

Boxes are amply sized, discreetly packaged, and your items are well-protected. 


If you have ordered novelty items, they are shipped separately by our drop shipper and will be shipped at the best rate available.


ANY REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS.

The tracking number for your order can be found on the Order Details page:
  1. Login to your account page https://www.solventsbymail.net/my-account
  2. Go to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS page
  3. Find your order and click on the DETAILS link
  4. Scroll down and you will find your tracking number next to the SHIPPING CARRIER name.
