The toys I ordered didn't come with my bottles, what do I do?

Toys and sprays are shipped separately from our drop shipper Nalpac. 

What is the cut-off time for placing an order? 

Orders placed after 5:00 pm eastern time are considered next days business. Orders received on Friday after 5:00 pm will not be sent to shipping until Monday. 

Can I place an order over the phone or by email?

We do not accept orders over the phone, via e-mail or mail. Our online ordering system utilizes a number of fraud protection protocols that are not available to you thru these other methods. Our merchant processor adds an extra added layer of security to protect you.

Can I pay with a check or money order?

Yes, we accept Personal Checks, Banks Bill Pay, Cashier's checks or Money orders and they can be mailed to

Can I pay with E-Check?

Yes, we accept E-checks, to pay with it, select "E-Check Green Money" at the checkout.

This form of payment is completely safe, discreet and fast. We do not accept credit cards at this time. 

Why can't I pay with a credit card/paypal/venmo? 

The credit card companies have placed this product on their restricted list and do not allow their cards to be used for purchase. For this reason payments are not accepted by Paypal or Venmo. 

When will my order ship?

Although we require 48 hours to process an order, we make every effort to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible. Depending on inventory and time of day many of our packages actually ship with in 24 hours of your payment being received and approved. There may be on occasion a delay caused by inventory shortages. We will always communicate with you of any delay your order may experience. A tracking email will be sent to you at time of shipment. 

When will my order arrive?

Our experience tells us that orders typically arrive within 3 -7 business days. There may be on occasion delays caused by weather, we will make every effort to notify you about these delays.

Why was my order cancelled? 

Because these products are regulated by the Federal Government as Class 3 Flammable Liquids. They cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States. These regulations also restrict us from mailing to PO Boxes, APO or AE addresses or any other military addresses. Your order may have also been canceled because your e-check failed to process. You would have received an e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation. 

How is my order packaged?

The products sold on this website require special packaging and markings by the Federal Government. They also require all shippers of these Dangerous Goods to be trained and certified to package Hazardous Materials. We promise you that your order will be packaged securely & adhere to all relevant Federal Regulations regarding the shipping of these products. 

All items are sealed in a zip lock bag with materials to absorb any potential leakage.

How to find my tracking number?

Please find your order's tracking number in the Order details page. Here is how:

  1. Login to your account page https://www.solventsbymail.com/my-account
  2. Go to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS page
  3. Find your order and click on the DETAILS link
  4. Scroll down and you will find your tracking number next to a Shipping Carrier name.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

The USPS does not guarantee real time tracking. There may be on occasion a delay caused by weather, we will make every effort to notify you about these delays. We have no control over the package once the item is received by the Post Office. If a package is delayed in transit an escalation cannot be placed on that package for at least 10 business days. A replacement package/refund will not be offered until 15 business days have passed.
